Making a Referral to WellStop

Most WellStop referrals come from government agencies, such as CYF and Dept of Corrections and from professionals i.e. lawyers, doctors, and counsellors. However, WellStop also accepts self referrals and referrals from family members.

To make a referral, simply download and complete a referral form and send it to us by mail or fax. Your referral will be reviewed at a weekly team meeting and a therapist will make contact with you to arrange an appointment.
